A structured adoption program for every client rollout, so your recommendations turn into real usage, real value, and stronger client relationships.
Map
Define who will use what, so every team knows their tools and nothing gets missed.
Quick Start guides, one for each role and tool pair
A 30/60/90 day plan that turns adoption into results.
Set milestones, name champions, and keep the rollout on track.
Track
Turn usage into results. Track adoption, run check-ins, and show progress with a monthly Adoption Scorecard.
The business this rollout is for. Shown on every report.
The kinds of staff who will use the new tools. One card per role.
The software being rolled out. One card per tool.
How often each role is expected to use each tool. Weekly and Daily pairs are the ones that get a Quick Start guide.
A picture of the cards above. It updates as you edit and goes into the Adoption Plan report.
Paste your meeting notes and get suggested roles, tools and usage. Nothing is added until you accept it.
One short guide for each role and tool, drafted by AdoptPilot from your Map. You read them, change anything, then send them.

Choose a role to see and edit its guides.
One guide per tool: three things to do this week, the steps, FAQs, and what to do when it goes wrong.
The guide as the role will read it. Edit it here.
Every role and tool guide for this client.
Each file opens in a browser and prints to PDF. Sending it to the client is up to you.
A quick view of your adoption plan.
Optional. Where the owner thinks the rollout is most likely to stall.

What "using it" looks like for each role and tool, week by week. Edit anything; nothing reaches the client until you export the report.
Who helps each role when it gets hard. A name typed here is set on every milestone that names the role.
What changed since the last check-in?
The bigger picture for the owner, month by month.
Who is using the tools, and which way it is moving.
What changed at each check-in. Open one to record or correct it.
For you only. Never in any report.
Private. Never in a report and never sent to AdoptPilot.
Your saved clients, on this device
Every client you have saved, with where each rollout stands. Point this at the folder where you keep your session files; everything is read in your browser, nothing is sent anywhere.
No session files loaded yet.
The Dashboard is only as complete as what you have saved. Work a client in the other sections, then use Save Session in the header to write a session file, ideally somewhere with a backup like a synced cloud folder. Point the Dashboard at the folder that holds those files.
Chrome and Edge can remember the folder for next time. Safari and Firefox will ask you to pick the files again each visit.
Admin
Everyone who has registered, newest first
Read-only apart from Add all to HubSpot, which only creates contacts in your own HubSpot, and visible to your account only. Passwords and API tokens are never sent to the browser. To change an account's tier or delete one, use the admin endpoints.
Templates
Build once. Reuse for every rollout.
Start with an industry template, customize the roles and tools, then reuse it with future clients. Kept on this device only; no client data lives here.
